This site is hosted by equine photographer and breeders David & Marilyn Ramsay. Big Sky Friesians is a small, hands-on facility located along the Yellowstone valley near Billings, Montana. BSF combines over 20 years of photography experience and as many years of horsemanship to celebrate this historic breed. Our goal is to continue the efforts of those before us, and make a small contribution to the breed one foal at a time. We are committed to preserving the breed under the strict Dutch FPS registry carefully matching our mares with only the most accomplished approved stallions.

This site contains information on trainer, instructor and competitor Sheila Buschette and her graceful 2002 Friesian mare Isabelle. BSF is also proud to show off the handsome 2004 imported Friesian gelding Nol-Dus W., (aka: Little Bubba), the pride of owners Carlyn Fulton & Paul Ducharme.We look forward to sharing our Friesians from the Big Sky Country.
